William Mulligan

Billy has been a part of Mulligan Financial services for the past 5 years. Throughout his professional career, Billy has helped individuals navigate their largest and most stressful financial times. Be it the purchase of a home, the decision on which university to attend, or how to plan for their retirement… Billy has been there with a patient ear, providing advice along the way. 

He has been married to his wife Julie for more than 20 years. They reside in Clarks Summit, along with their son Billy, daughter Ryan Elizabeth, and dog Vader. 

Outside of his professional life, Billy is a passionate Philadelphia sports fan. He also enjoys fishing, golfing, and playing the drums. He is very active in his local church and community.  Billy has coached several youth sports over the years including basketball, soccer, baseball, and even rugby. He has served in several different roles at his local church through the years. He finds joy and contentment in helping those around him achieve their goals. He continues to serve people by putting their needs above his own.
