Rosemary Mulligan

Rosemary is the founder of Mulligan Financial Services, which she established in March 2005. With 24 years of experience in the banking industry, she has held various roles, including Teller, Assistant Manager, Loans Manager, Vice President, and Investment Representative.

Growing up as one of six children, Rosemary was influenced by her father, who dedicated 50 years to the Navy and retired as a Chief Petty Officer. He also served as a Philadelphia Police Officer for 25 years, spending 14 of those years as a canine officer.

Outside of her professional life, Rosemary enjoys a variety of hobbies, including gardening, crocheting, camping, walking, photography, baking, and fishing with her son, when he takes her. She is deeply committed to her church and community, actively participating in children's ministry, meal preparation for those in need, church workdays, and mission trips to Guatemala and Buenos Aires. In the past, she volunteered as a softball coach,  served as a sponsor with addiction recovery groups, and was a member of the Moorestown, NJ Rotary Club. 

With her love for those around her, the perseverance she demonstrates in the face of adversity, and her commitment to doing all things with excellence, Rosemary continues to inspire those around her through her dedication to community engagement and service.
